Rosemary Cole has dancing experience dating back to 1965 partnering dance students in medal tests of I.D.T.A. standard at her late father's dance school, The Howard Davies School of Ballroom Dance in Slough and Windsor Berkshire.
Rosemary achieved an honours grade in Bronze, Silver and Gold, Gold Bar, Gold Star, and International award by the age of ten years in modern ballroom and latin american I.D.T.A. dance examinations.
In 1967, Rosemary became a member of the Slough Junior Formation Team, trained by Blanche Ingle and Ken Bateman, winning gold medals in the British (open to the world) Formation Team title at Blackpool, whilst competing in the junior category, reaching the semi-finals with her partner in the British Open and International Star World Championships.
Blanche Ingle has also trained Karen Hardy who won series four of "Strictly Come Dancing " with Mark Ramprakash in 2006.
